Arrival / Departure

Check in is 4 PM, and check out is 12 Noon, so make your travel plans accordingly.  Early arrivals are problematic for lodge prep.   Depending on our booking schedule, we can occasionally make arrangements for early check in and late check out.

Travel By Vehicle

By vehicle, the lodge is approximately 41/2 hours from San Antonio and 51/2 hours from the Houston area. You can use our physical address to obtain detailed directions and map with your portable internet device.

Travel By Air

Arroyo City is located only 20 miles from the Harlingen or Cameron County Airports. Southwest and United Airlines offer regular service to Harlingen Valley International. Most U.S. flights are one stop and total travel time is about half a day. The General Aviation portion at Harlingen International accommodates almost any type of private plane. We furnish one free shuttle trip each way per group for your arrival and departure.
